Champagne is a luxurious beverage that pairs perfectly with cigars. In a private cigar club, the combination of champagne and cigars can be an unforgettable experience. The following champagnes are some of the best for pairing with selected and well choosen cigars: Don Perignon 2008, Pol Roger, Drappier, Laurent Perrier, Haton and Grand Duchene.
Don Perignon 2008 is a classic champagne that pairs well with mild to medium-bodied cigars. Its aromas of ripe fruit and toasted brioche make it an ideal accompaniment to creamy and nutty flavors found in many cigars. Its full-bodied flavor profile also makes it a great choice for pairing with medium + cigars.
Pol Roger is another classic champagne that pairs well with mild blended cigars. Its light and fruity notes make it an excellent choice for pairing with creamy and silky flavors of cigars. Its crisp finish also makes it a great choice for pairing with complex but still mild cigars.
Drappier is a unique champagne that pairs well with mild to medium-bodied cigars. Its aromas of citrus, honey, and white flowers make it an ideal accompaniment to creamy and cedar woody flavors found in many cigars. Its light body also makes it a great choice for pairing with milder cigars.
Laurent Perrier is a classic champagne that pairs well with medium-bodied cigars. Its aromas of citrus, white flowers, and toast make it an ideal accompaniment to creamy and earthy flavors. Its full-bodied flavor profile also makes it a great choice for pairing with even medium + strong cigars
.Grand Duchene is a classic champagne that pairs well with mild to medium-bodied cigars. Its aromas of ripe fruit, honey, and toast make it an ideal accompaniment to more complex flavors found in cigar.
It toasty note can even accept multilayer complex cigars as Padron Natural 1926 series.
The light to medium body of a cigar is the perfect complement to the light, crisp taste of champagne. The sweetness of the champagne helps to balance out the earthy notes of the cigar, while its effervescence helps to cleanse the palate between puffs. This allows you to enjoy each puff without any lingering flavors from previous ones. Cigar that we choose for this pairing was Joya de Nicaragua Churchill Classico - mild cigar which gave us chance to discover more easy all layers of tasty notes of all champagnes

The acidity in champagne also helps to bring out the subtle nuances in lighter cigars. The acidity helps to open up the flavors of the cigar, allowing you to appreciate its complexity more fully. This is especially true for cigars with milder flavors, as they can often be overpowered by stronger drinks like whiskey or rum.The combination of champagne and cigars also makes for a great social experience. The two can be enjoyed together in a relaxed setting, making it perfect for gatherings with friends or family.
